CANCELLATIONS
As a courtesy to other patients, we require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your booking. If sufficient notice is provided, your deposit will be transferred to your rescheduled appointment. Should sufficient notice not be provided, or you fail to attend your appointment, your deposit may be lost.
DEPOSITS
At the time of booking, a deposit may be requested to secure your appointment. Please note that the deposit you pay is deducted from your treatment total.
